Lvly staff. Beautiful room. Very clean and tidy. House service were helpful and kept our room tidy and topped up.Thank u. Stayed 3 nights leaving on the 4th day. So relaxing the entire stay. Close to everything. Will come back. Highly recommended. A+++
Good location

We were very fortunate in that we were upgraded to a large unit with separate bedrooms. Very handy location with 2 supermarkets across road. Plenty of eating places nearby. Not far from Museum, art gallery and other attractions. Very clean. Friendly owners. Recommended.
Awesome Place to Stay

Stayed 3 nights here and when checking in they upgraded us to a two bed unit which was fabulous. Supermarket across the road and also plenty of take-out and restaurants very close. Only 5 minutes walk to the main street with excellent shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We can't fault this conveniently located motel. The owners, Ian and Helen, are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and have all the basic facilities for self-catering. The major supermarkets are over the road. An easy 5-10 minute walk into the centre of town. Highly recommended.
Only Place 2 Stay in NP

Annual pilgrimage to see the Lights in the Park. Have tried out numerous motels in NP – Abode is our favourite. Clean, modern, well-appointed rooms (Sky TV & perc coffee a bonus). Great sleep quality. Secure parking. Owners Ian and Helen are wonderful – nothing is a problem and they go out of their way to help. Location is handy for walking to supermarkets, restaurants, waterfront and up to Pukekura Park lights 8:30-10:30pm daily.
