Reservation Policy

Confirmation of reservation requires valid credit card details with expiry date.  Minimiumn stays may apply to special events.

• Check in time 2pm.
• Check out time 10am, late check out may be avaliable at the discretion of management (charge may apply).

No Animals allowed.  Any damages to the property either malicous or accidental will be charged for.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to expected day of arrival.

For Special events and Public Holidays we require 72 hours notice (or as specified) for cancellations.

Failure to honour reservation will result in one nights accommodation charged.

Non Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any of our units.  Smoking in units will incur an additional cleaning charge.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.  We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information.  Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care.
